Oh heyyyyy there 2016 – I see you. You’re comin’ in hot like my un-manicured nails. We’ve got a lot of cool rendezvous, me and you. Please don’t bury us in 90 feet of snow like your younger sister did and we’ll get along just fine.
Check out some of things I’ll be up to, below. And see that square box to the right that says “Never Miss A Post?” I’ll wait….. Insert your email there so we can really stay in touch. (PS: anyone else hate the word insert? I promise to never use it again.)
THINGS TO DO IN 2016
In addition to freelance writing for Mommy Poppins Boston, I’m a Stroller Traffic scout for the ever-growing and hugely popular newsletter tailored to parents of kids under 3. If you haven’t signed up yet, you should. I love their tone (and I’m weirdly picky about that kind of thing.) Being a scout means I get to go find exciting things to do with kids in the city, interview cool new (local) baby product companies, and feature people (like the photographer who took those fitness-inspired pics of the kiddos in my post “Run, Don’t Walk. here)
On January 4th I’m being interviewed for a One Bad Mother podcast. Shout out to a loyal MIM fan for sending in a guest recommendation for me. Apparently no questions are off limits – fun, fun fun. I’ll make sure to post on my social media pages where and when you can listen to that.
On February 3rd I’ll be making an appearance on “Living Well” (A Boston Neighborhood Network.)
I signed on to be an ambassador for a new baby & kid brand called (BEEEEEEP.) It’s a secret, for now, but I’m ready to shake up the (beep) industry with a new product launch this Spring. Insert Cue drum roll here.
AND I’ll be the guest speaker at The Ultimate Mom’s Night Out this year. Details on when and where to come in the New Year.
These are just some of the things, not all the things. If we hang out in 2016 can you bring wine and a sleeping bag?
Happy Holidays, MIM’ers!
